Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before enrolling in any program offered by E8 Soccer ("we," "us," or "Coach Arian"). By completing enrollment or purchasing any program, camp, or service through e8soccer.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
E8 Soccer provides youth soccer training services including weekly training cycles, camps, and related programs in the Los Angeles, California area. All programs are subject to availability and Coach Arian's sole discretion regarding enrollment, scheduling, and program content.
Enrollment in any program is not confirmed until full payment is received. By enrolling, you authorize E8 Soccer to charge the payment method on file via Stripe, our third-party payment processor. All prices are listed in USD.
This section is important. Please read it carefully before enrolling.
Non-Refundable Deposit. Each camp enrollment is subject to a non-refundable deposit as specified at the time of purchase (typically $400.00 per athlete). This deposit is retained by E8 Soccer regardless of when a cancellation is requested. If the total amount paid does not exceed the deposit, no refund is available under any circumstances.
Cancellation Requests. All cancellation requests must be submitted through the parent portal at e8soccer.com. Verbal or informal cancellations are not accepted. Upon submission, you will receive an email confirmation that your request is under review.
30+ Days Before Camp. If you submit a cancellation request 30 or more days before the first day of your selected camp dates, you may be eligible to receive up to 50% of the refundable portion of your payment (the amount paid above the non-refundable deposit). This is subject to Coach Arian's review and is not automatic.
Less Than 30 Days Before Camp. Cancellation requests submitted fewer than 30 days before your first selected camp day are reviewed entirely at Coach Arian's discretion. No refund is guaranteed. Extenuating circumstances (illness, injury, family emergency) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Cycle Enrollments. Weekly cycle subscriptions are commitments for the full duration of the cycle. Cycles cannot be cancelled through the portal. If you need to discuss early termination due to extenuating circumstances, contact Coach Arian directly at 818-744-4541. No refunds are issued for missed sessions or partial weeks.
No-Shows. Failure to attend enrolled sessions does not constitute a cancellation and does not entitle you to a refund.
E8 Soccer reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any program due to weather, insufficient enrollment, facility issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event E8 Soccer cancels a program entirely, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future program at our discretion. E8 Soccer is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other incidental costs incurred by participants.
All participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward coaches, other athletes, and parents. E8 Soccer reserves the right to remove any participant from a program — without refund — for behavior that is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful. This includes but is not limited to: bullying, harassment, destruction of property, or failure to follow coach instructions.
By enrolling, you confirm that your athlete is in good physical health and medically cleared to participate in soccer training activities. You agree to notify Coach Arian of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect participation. E8 Soccer is not a medical provider and is not responsible for injuries sustained during normal training activities.
In the event of a medical emergency, E8 Soccer staff will call 911 and attempt to notify the parent or emergency contact on file. By enrolling, you authorize Coach Arian to seek emergency medical care on behalf of your athlete if you cannot be reached.
E8 Soccer may photograph or record training sessions for use in marketing materials, social media, and the e8soccer.com website. By enrolling, you grant E8 Soccer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use images or video in which your athlete appears for these purposes. If you do not wish your athlete to be photographed, please notify Coach Arian in writing prior to the program start date.
Participation in soccer training involves inherent physical risk including, but not limited to, sprains, strains, fractures, and other injuries. By enrolling, you voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of your athlete. To the fullest extent permitted by California law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless E8 Soccer and Coach Arian from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your athlete's participation in any E8 Soccer program.
E8 Soccer operates a referral program through which participants and third-party advertisers may earn credits or cash commissions. Referral codes provide a discount on a participant's first camp purchase. Referral rewards are earned at Coach Arian's discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Referral credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
We collect personal information including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and payment information solely to operate our programs and communicate with enrolled families. We do not sell personal information to third parties. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; please review Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com for information on how payment data is handled.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in E8 Soccer programs shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
E8 Soccer reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at e8soccer.com/terms with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
