Week 1
Baseline Evaluations
All eight performance metrics are measured and recorded. Every athlete starts with a complete picture of where they stand.
Weeks 2–5
Development Block
Four focused weeks targeting the core pillars of player development.

Week 6
Midterm Evaluations
All eight metrics are re-tested. Athletes receive a midterm progress report with objective percentage gains from baseline.
Weeks 7–11
Advanced Development Block
Training is rebuilt around each athlete's midterm results. Growth areas become the focus. This is where the real gains happen.
Week 12
Final Evaluation
All eight metrics tested one final time. Athletes receive a full progress report documenting their twelve-week development in numbers.
